Thrilling 63rd Annual OCLA Leadership Conference!

Mark your calendars! The 2025 OCLA Leadership Conference, hosted by the Orange County Leadership Association, is back for its 63rd year. This four-day event, held the first week of August at the beautiful UC Santa Barbara campus, is dedicated to providing transformative leadership training and fostering strong ASB team building for Orange County high schools.

Our dedicated OCLA staff goes above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences for all attendees. Throughout the conference, we offer a variety of engaging activities and workshops that equip emerging student leaders with valuable skills and strategies. These future leaders will return to their schools empowered and ready to make a positive impact.
